What to Expect from the New Rio Grande Website

Welcome to the new riogrande.com! We updated our website to make it easier to shop on mobile, streamline navigation and modernize the look and feel. We want the transition to the new site to be as seamless as possible for you, but, as with any big system change, there have been a few hiccups along the way. Here’s what you need to know:

Not Receiving Password Reset Emails?

If you submitted the reset password form and have not received an email with your temporary password from Rio Grande, the email may have been sent to your spam or clutter folder. Look for an email from webemail@riogrande.com in the clutter or junk folder in your inbox. We've also created these instructions on how to add our email to your "Trusted Sender List" so that Rio emails show up in your normal inbox.

If you have not received your password reset email after 10 minutes, please give us a call or start a live chat with one of our agents. Please do not resubmit the password reset form; this will create multiple requests in our system and could delay the process.
