These Xuron® cutters are ideal for more delicate applications with any type of bead cord, including Beadalon® Tigertail and French wire. The straight-blade cutter handles standard, light-duty uses, and are ideal for bead stringing. Flush cutters require somewhat more pressure to make a cut than super- or semi-flush cutters. Though more noticeable than that left by the super- or semi-flush, the pinch is still minimal. The tapered head shape provides improved access to fine details or close work areas; protect the tips by cutting at the center of the jaw. A dark, matte finish prevents eye strain caused by reflective glare and increases visibility of the workpiece.
• These cutters have a lap joint; one half of the joint overlaps the other, and a pivot is set through both halves.
• Molded plastic, non-slip grips and a gentle return spring ensure comfort and prevent hand fatigue during use, even over extended work periods.
Xuron® cutters are forged from induction-hardened tool steel for exceptionally long service. Precisely ground jaws ensure accuracy and control, even in very dense areas. Forging offers the best combination of strength and durability; the jaws will not be nicked or misshapen with normal use. Clean with Cosmoline® or a similar protectant; avoid contact with moisture.
