Description

This kit includes a 240-piece assortment of Stoddard Maxflex snap-on style foil discs and a snap-on mandrel. Maxflex discs are coated on one side with aluminum oxide; the flexibility of the foil gives the abrasive surface ideal access to your work area. The discs work well on a variety of materials, including precious and non-ferrous metal. The disc features a hard plastic sleeve that slides onto a snap-on mandrel; to remove it place one finger on either side of the disc and pull it off the mandrel.

The kit provides four abrasive grits:
• Blue–a coarse abrasive used for contouring
• Purple–a medium abrasive perfect for finishing
• Pink–a fine abrasive perfect for polishing
• White–an ultra-fine abrasive that delivers a high-shine polish.
