Manufactured in Germany to exacting standards, these end cutters have a smaller size and slim profile that delivers a close, clean trim of wire ends. End cutters have jaws that are oriented so that the cutting blades are perpendicular to the handles, across the end of the tool, providing more cutting leverage and closer access to sprues and flat surfaces.
• These cutters have a box joint; one half of the joint surrounds the other half and the pivot is contained within. This joint holds its alignment far longer than a lap joint but allows the tool to open only as far as the box size.
• The double-leaf spring consists of flat, tempered metal tabs attached to the inside of each of the tool handles, positioned to meet and hold the handles apart (and the jaws open) until they are squeezed closed, delivering a fast, strong rebound for improved productivity.
• The plastic-dipped handles ensure a secure and comfortable grip.

These cutters are forged from a rod of high-grade tool steel, a very hard, strong material for cutters. The tool is work-hardened as the metal is compressed and shaped and then tempered to prevent brittleness. Forging offers the best combination of strength and durability; the jaws will not be nicked or misshapen with normal use. Clean with Cosmoline® or a similar protectant; avoid contact with moisture.

  • Jaw style : End cutter
  • Jaw length : 0.604" (15.34mm)
  • Overall length/dimensions : 4.7" (119.38mm)
  • Max. cutting capacity : 18 ga. (non-ferrous metals)
  • Country of origin : Germany

Please Note: • Not for use with memory wire or Beadalon®; take care to avoid using these cutters beyond their maximum capacity.
• To prevent breaking the tip of the cutters, use the center of the jaws for your wire cutting tasks. The cutting capacity is significantly reduced at the tip of the jaws.
