Description

This Raytech-quality TV-10 vibratory finishing system provides the capacity and features you need for effective, versatile mass finishing of jewelry and jewelry components. This small-footprint vibratory tumbler is ideal for light deburring and polishing, for de-scaling castings, and for reducing edge radius on sharp-edged metal parts. Use this system to give metal and plastic pieces a good polish, following work sequences designed for the parts and materials you are working with. Built-in inlet/outlet ports enable use of a compound rinsing system (i.e. "flow-thru" systems).
Its heavy-duty drive and suspension ensure strong, effective operation and a long service life. Use with wet or dry media to achieve the desired finish; the bowl (4"D x 10" dia.) is made of heavy-duty, cross linked polyethylene for strength and durability and has a noise-reducing lid.
