Single-use Beadalon® BeadFix™ two-part epoxy pack is ideal for quick, small bonding tasks. No worries about measuring or storing excess; you just mix, apply, then dispose of any remaining adhesive. This two-part epoxy provides the strongest bond for most adhesive applications and, after curing, is effective at temperatures from -65° to 225°F. All parts to be bonded should be prepared (thoroughly cleaned and dried) before mixing the epoxy.
To use, empty both tubes onto a mixing surface that can be discarded after use (such as a sheet of aluminum foil or heavy paper). Mix the two parts together thoroughly using a toothpick or stir-stick. Apply the adhesive with a disposable brush, toothpick, stir-stick.
Pot life: 20–30 minutes.
Cure time: 24 hours.
• When cured, the epoxy will be visible; we suggest mixing a small sample and checking the final color after 48 hours.
