Description

This 14-karat yellow gold ring mounting features a beaded scallop-edged design with a twisted pearl peg at the center of the round open setting. The scalloped edge features four round 0.5-pt. bezel-set diamonds (SI3–I1 clarity/G, H color; 2 pts. TW) evenly spaced around the design. Set the ring with one half-drilled 10mm (or smaller) pearl or gemstone bead. The shank is slightly wider and flatter at the base, graduating from 0.8mm to 1.5mm, making the ring more comfortable to wear. Use jeweler’s epoxy to secure the pearl on the peg; the twisted peg provides more surface area for the epoxy, creating a more secure hold.
