- Color: Design files must be black and white only.
- Resolution: Minimum of 300 dpi (or 1,800 pixels), 600 dpi preferred.
- File Size: Maximum of 15MB per file.
- Text Size: Ensure text is at least 10 pts (or 3.53mm) to avoid issues with fine lines or closely-spaced elements.
- Color Processing: Our system cannot process colors, gradients, grayscale, or shading.
