Use these innovative link-forming pliers from Swanstrom to create a variety of link shapes for your jewelry designs.
The pliers come with a variety of accessories:
• Steel jig (2"W x 1-1/2"D x 3/8"H)
• 16 steel pegs (2 of each diameter: 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2")
• Undrilled Delrin® jig with eight 1/16" steel pegs
• Allen wrench
• 1/16" drill bit
The steel jig has 48 pre-drilled 1/8" holes, allowing you to create just about any shape link. Arrange pegs in the holes to create the shape and size ring you want. Then place a wire ring, make your own or choose one ready-made, around the pegs. Squeeze the pliers to stretch the ring into the new shape.
The Delrin® jig is undrilled, allowing you to create even more customized shapes. Design a peg configuration to create the shape and size ring you want. Drill the jig to accept the pegs in your pattern design.
The pliers (7"L) have ergonomic soft-grip handles and an eye-easy black matte finish. Patented.
