Use this activated carbon to embed BRONZclay™, FASTfire BRONZclay™, COPPRclay™, PMC PRO™ and PMC Sterling™ pieces for firing. Coconut shell–based carbon produces a light patina color on your pieces. To prepare the carbon for use, place it inside the container, cover with the lid and fire for 30 minutes at 1550°F. Contains 5-lbs. (2.3kg).
please note: Use a firing pan (available separately) to hold both carbon and pieces to be fired. Fire COPPRclay only in coconut shell–based carbon; do not fire it in the coal-based acid-washed carbon.
